Why does my radiator hose come off when starting it.?

i just changed my radiator and put a brand new one in. but when i finished putting it back on. and put water in it . and tried to start it it just rived and then the main hose on top blew off. put it back on and tightened it and then the big hose on the bottom blew off. why is this happening. also the car did not start. it is a toyota camry 1992 thanks

HEAD GASKET BLOWN engine compression is getting into the water jacket and pressurizing the water system thus blowing the hoses off. sorry for the bad news.

Sounds like a blown head gasket or cracked head allowing engine compression/pressure into the cooling system.
