Water is not staying in radiator?

Heads gaskets replaced, new radiator, new water pump, oil change etc. I have to fill the radiator everyday with water. There are no leaks or puddles on the concrete. Water does not bubble with cap off and engine on and there is no water in the oil or coming out of the tailpipe. The previous owner took the water reservoir out to make room for a cold air intake. There is no water reservoir nor a hose running from the radiator to the reservoir. There is just an opening where a hose would go by the radiator cap. Could the missing reservoir and hose be the cause of the water leaking from the radiator? 1995 Honda Accord EX VTec.
Water is not staying in radiator?
Yes. Water expands when you heat it.

When the pressure rises the radiator cap vents to that reservoir,

and the water is drawn back when it cools.

That's why you're loosing water.

That reservoir, and its tubing are necessary.

(The 'previous owner' was an A**H*le not to warn you about this.)
