Changing car coolant?

(i dont plan on reverse flush), just flush, fill and go. When i am running hose water through radiator(with petcock open) to flush, should car be running, dumb question, hurts to ask, but thanks
Changing car coolant?
No... When I did it I didn't have it on... not sure that's a good idea..
Changing car coolant?
Yes it helps clean out the engine as well.

Keep an eye on the temp and keep the radiator topped off.
run the car with the heater on the fan on high.run the water into the radiator just dont let it empty while running the car.running the heater will flush the heater core also.
no it should not be running the coolant gets very hot and if it splashes out on you it will burn you very badly!
Your car should be running but if its not getting hot idling you don't need to flush unless its really dirty
