the windshield wipers delay system works erratically, the heat works occassionally, the air doesnt work. the blower works. I have had thermostat changed, radiator flushed, the hoses cleaned and the air recharged.
I have a 1996 Mercury Sable and believe there is something wrong with the electrical system, is that common?
the wiper is a timing relay problem or the switch..
the heat and air is a vacuum hose under the dash problem..
